Jim has worked in public education over a decade. He holds a masters degree from Thomas College and a Doctorate of Law and Policy from Northeastern University. Blending his passion for the U.S. Constitution with Education, Jim has written articles about Health Care Policy, Presidential roles and responsibilities, and Education Policy.
